For Dad’s birthday I got him a few books, but also wrote a little “IOU a piece of art of some kind” in his card. I was toying with ideas, all of which were beyond my capabilities right now. So, I came up with a collection of little views of the cape which are painted from photos I’ve taken over the years.
They’re not the best, but they are the best I can do right now, so that will have to be OK

Here are some agate slices. They didn’t come out great but it’s fun to play with the salt which created that crystal-like effect. I’ll keep playing with it.
